We forget that words have power. It can be helpful to others if you veer to the positive in communications, not just with others but also with yourself. Remember to look at yourself in the mirror and say "Hi there. I like you." Listening to ethereal music or chanting a mantra can lift you up more than usual at this time - but not to be used when you're driving!
